We waddled when searching for Jack!

Australia’s only resident penguin! Although Little Penguins, they can waddle and swim some distance. These two waddle around the local zoo whilst in rehabilitation after trouble in Sydney waters. Trouble most probably from boats or dogs!

Posting in the early hours because if it’s not raining, planning to photograph sunrise over the lagoon. Hey, that leaves only a few hours to sleep! *flutter*

hello! i've been away visiting my favorite birthday girl. i see i have a lot to catch up with.

i have a theory: if it waddles, it can't be bad.....

Shame about the trouble they got into - maybe they are gangster penguins and someone tried to give them concrete shoes...

Hello KJ! Hope you had a pleasant time away :) HAHA, I have a better theory - if it's a penguin it can't be bad ;)

OH NO! Our penguins can't be gansters Caroline. There aren't enough of them! Humans are trying to help increase their numbers :)

HHAHHA very cute Karl!

Pretoria (Where?)Pretoria (Oh!) We are marching to Pretoria Pretoria, hoorah! LaughingWolf! Hhahhaa!

Tsup*!* Tsup*!* They could be slippery dips Bimbimbie! Jack wouldn't have missed a ride like that ;) At 3.30 this morning I turned off the alarm thinking one hour of sleep just isn't enough especially when there's so much cloud in the sky and we haven't seen sun for days. Now I look outside and it's SUNNY!!!! Sigh. Sunset, then tomorrow morning's sunrise ...

Awww c'mon, you did what I did didn't you? Watched Rage until too too late then just rolled over like a penguin to get more kip! Nice to see the sunshine again. As for the penguins 'meep'

HHAHHAAA, yes I did what you did Baino! Nice to see the sun again but very disappointed in myself *sigh* It's more difficult photographing sunrises in Winter... As for the penguins *meep meep* Hhehhee

You just have to take a pic of the sunset and tell all of us it's sunrise and we will believe you... *twit*

These two are so ugly they're cute. Adorable really!

Someone once told me their dictionary said "cute" means ugly but interesting, Red Mojo. Adorable is something 'different' :)

Awwww. So reminds me of my childhood visits to the San Diego Zoo. After visiting with the flamingos, we would immediately head over to the penquins.
