Extreme Location

We are normally laid back but our health is being pushed to the extreme...

Is it not extreme for our habitat to be made into a dump?

Dump on humans! *tweet*

There is an attitude that assumes birds and animals can get out of the way if they want to.

*sigh* No wonder they have been known to dump on humans ElizT :( Especially in cities!

it saddens me every time i see this!

humans are the ONLY species to foul their own 'nests' :(

So sad, but way too common. Though we all can do a little bit - all by ourselves - without waiting for others to get started.
Check the "Pick it up" page on Virtua-gallery.com.
Cheers, Klaus

NOOOOOOO!!! The birds always get it. Nobody thinks of the birds. When the birds are gone, this world will be an empty place. Dump on humans indeed. We have to modernize but let's not forget the birds! Why has the move for a balanced designed not hit the architecture industry? Grab every inch of space and cover it with concrete, cut down the trees. here in our city they are cutting down the 126th mature live oak lining a drive for another building. I hate that!

Sad but true . . it's amazing how 'urbane' birds and animals can become though. I often wonder what will happen to our White Winged Chuffs when our block is built out or the Wood Ducks, when they fell our trees. Then the golf course will be there for ever! Actually ces, the development behind me has nature preserves and ponds so the bird life is pretty awesome. Good design means we can cohabit!

I've never thought about that fact before, LaughingWolf!

I once tried clicking on your "pick it up" corner Klaus, but computer went funny and never made it to where it was going. I'll try again :)

Gosh, that is horrible about the 126th mature oak Ces! Humans forget it's nature that keeps us alive :(

It can be amazing how birds can adapt Baino, just like how we can adapt to include nature preserves with our developments! I hope we don't have to reach the point of 'needing' to adapt like the birds do. It feels like it's going that way now.

something so obvious and sacred--it confounds me that human beings don't get their connection to birds and animals, and for that matter, flowers and slugworms (yuk). i know i'm a piece of work in many ways, but i'm respectful.

I have respect for your respect KJ :)
