A Silver Gull performs on the roof of a restaurant in Sydney, Australia! This is a SKY WATCH FRIDAY post!
I wish I would have seen this in person!
It was funny entertainment Rose :))
the glass roof provides a unique view! very nice!
My Sky Watch Friday post
This is so creative! Great shots!
nice one for SWF! Happy weekend! Mine's up too hope you can drop by.
I sometimes get the occasional pigeon scratching rapidly as it slides down my skylight window. This bird has feet better adapted for such occasions!
Thankyou Luke Wiley, it was a unique experience for me too :)
Thanks Sandpiper(Lin)!!! Heehee :)
You have a happy weekend also PrettyLifeOnline :)
Seagulls have splayed feet which probably suction better than a pigeon's also, CaptainModroom9!
It's great you had your camera ready. What a dancer. The light through his feet is interesting!
That is outrageous. Making fun of this poor animal. Even it's feet blushed! Aside from that it's pretty hilarious! Good one!
Cheers, Klaus
I also love the light showing though the feet SandyCarlson :)
We are PRAISING the bird Klaus for her fine entertainment ;) Hhaaha, the Silver Gull's feet are always red. She was giving you a curtsey but ermmmm slid off!
That is just brilliant! And yes, the bird's definitely famous now!
My SWF picture is posted HERE.
Hope you could drop by, too! Thanks!
He-he. I want to say something but I better not. :-)
I've never seen up a gull's skirt before!
Love those orange-red feet... I think I'm want to move to Australia after seeing all of your fantastic bird photos!
BRILLIANT! Can't be better than that Jenn :) Thanks!
Hhahhaaa, say what Ces? You've never been 'dumb' before ;) You think the Silver Gull is aiming for something else?
HAAHAAH! Very funny Debra Kay :)
Dressed to impress Sharon ;) The more the merrier!
that was such a cute idea! these pictures are great!
An absolutely marvelous series of shots! It was a serendipity for that bird to be on the glass and you with a camera in your hand. Couldn't have worked out better. Thanks for sharing.
ces has a way of spinning and sharing the very image she has in mind with few words, eh?
(plop!)
Thankyou Rachel. I try to be cute :)
Hhehee, I don't go ANYWHERE without my camera when there's birds to be found, Pat-AnArkansasStamper. But didn't expect to see a bird above our table in a resturant ;)
PLEASE refrain from plopping in an eating area KJ!!!
Great Angle, Ms Anonybird!
btw: You have now gone to the dogs! Heheheee woof!
Great series of shots. I never have a camera with me when anything like this happens.
LOL! These are hilarious!
How fun. And cute!
You have the most amazing gift for being in the right place at the right time. These are so funny and really, it's just a bird taking a walk. I guess we humans are easily amused.
is his name Gene? ahahahahah splosh!
Thankyou Ms MadcapBaronesswithTeacupOnHerHead! I'll peck any dog's eyes out that dare try to eat me! Oh, you mean me being CUTE!?! Bwark!
Heehee, thanks Ann :) Carry your camera everywhere!
Thanks Mary Stebbins Taitt, it was good entertainment during lunch :)
It's NOT a bird taking a walk Annie! It's a talented star looking for fame ;)
Ooops, you lost your head Simon! Gene Kelly would be proud :)
I'm back ...
Oh no, cried blog world ... he's back!
But guess what, I'm so happy. If I didn´t rejoin SWF I would never have the chance to see these great photos!
I bet seeing it alive was better than a visit to the Bolshpi Theatre!
HA! I loved this.. great post..
Just to let you know I have visited and seen your post. I thank you for joining in this week and being part of the Sky Watch community.
Tom :O)
These are awesome:) love the angle and the idea:)
