Albrecht von Krappa, I didn't know sailors liked being under the water!

Ya.

Guess sinking isn't a pastime but floating would be!

Interesting to see these photos. I have never seen birds do this sort of seizure-like activity. You are right, must be very potent honey. I want some.

Seemd more like an orgy than a party to me...

Ooops, I flew out the door and about to fly out again because the SKY IS BLUE!!!!

You'll have to climb very high in my backyard Ces, because Jack has eaten the honey from all the flowers within reach! It's potent! *bobbing up and down*

Partying to the Extreme, ElizT!

Hmmmm, that one Noisy Miner would argue there is an orgy in the pool MerlinPrincesse. YOU are there TOO!?!

Flying into the blue ... will catch up on other posts later! *zooooom*!

I simply love watching birds bathe in water, they are so fun to watch! They just put their whole self into it like they don't have a care in the world, it's almost contagious.

*flutter* Watch out Indigo-daisy, catch this water! *flutter* Did you catch that?

It's all a fuzz - I DEFINITELY need coffee and you are having way too much fun! ;)
But then again - you're spreading it around with these photos, too! Cheers, Klaus

Superb, Anonybird! Light, colour, and motion. The first photo with its red flower flowing through to the blackened rim of the birdbath and on to the leaf in the lower right corner frames the idea of motion through the focal length; wonderfully matches the motion of the subject. Nice!

It's all a fuzz again. COFFEE!!! Coffee Klaus? :)

LaughingWolf, it's honey from mostly Banksia Trees. They are Ancient with mysterious powers. We sometimes call the spent flowers 'Old Men'!

Thankyou for your description including your technical expertise through a lens G3TFilms :) The 'blackened rims' of the birdbaths need cleaning again!

Heh heh, very funny Anonymous! You did really well to capture this sequence. I recently had a close encounter with some baby blue tits who were feeding off greenflies on a silver birch tree near where I live, it was so hard to capture them, especially as I am still getting used to a new camera! Lovely bird photos here, as always. Thank you, I had a great visit, love from AKR.

Hello AKiteRises! Birds never really stand still for long do they! Unless a convict like the gull below and they are waiting for a free meal :) See you again!
