Hey, what's going on here?

Are you sure it isn't cold? Your tails aren't in far enough!

LOL! Awwwrr! De liddle birdies are sooo tweeeeet! :]

Delicious photographs Anon - it's dark, grey and raining here but Jack and his mates have brought a rush of colour into my world!

There’s more than a little RAIN there Miladysa! There is more than a little RAIN here also … so enjoying the colour because out my windows right now is just dark blurry wetness!

What we didn't see ... the lorikeets flying in with their tails on fire ... the other two are there to make sure everyone is safe. See how concerned the one is in the last shot, "Yup, I think the fire is all the way out, mate!"

I WISH Melissa! HAHHAHAHHAAAA Although bushfires aren't great to miss, it's feeling really odd having a Summer without them! Perhaps fires have begun but the Lori Brigade have it all under control without us knowing (apart from evidence like the last photo) ;)

Maybe they're all waiting for you to put in the slide!

Hey it's a public bath, just like the Romans!

I'm NOT going to be building a slide for them Red Mojo HAHA. The Lorikeets with their tails dipped would serve well as slides for bugs though ... ;)

You forgot to wear your sunnies Onedia!

Shhhhh Princess Pepper Cloud ... we don't want the media here or I won't be getting anymore photos ;)

KJ, I will try to appreciate more the wicked cool birds from now on ;) The sun even showing itself isn't looking promising ...

Hey! Wheres all your sunshine coming from ..it's been horrible and grey and wet all week and I'm only a few kms away! You must have been out and about last Sunday while I was dipping in my own pool!

That's right Baino, I'm out and about as soon as the sun shines these days ;)

Do they always test the water with their tails?

Anonymous said...

Sometimes they instead have a drink Ces :)

Ces Adorio said...

What!? They drink the same water where they dipped their butts?

Anonymous said...

Hhehheeh YES! I am a very good Pool Girl, Ces ... the pools are regularly cleaned and refilled :)

The best way to lure birds into your garden is by placing a bird bath in it AKiteRises! But you know that ;)
