Can you spot the other birds in the 'Labels' below in the photographs above?

In another location...

In the top set, those are puddles the birds were fishing around on our wet holiday...

Looks like it's not just the ducks enjoying our new found wetness! So green too . . amazing to think that only 8 months ago the place was brown and dry! I still think ibis are smelly scavengers. Nice reflections in the shots though.

Our lawn didn't even go dry this year Baino! Maybe for a week, but not for the whole Summer like it usually does. The images above are VERY GREEN though! The ones below are from Summer at Centennial Park which never went brown either... The reflections were what I thought might make the images more interesting ... :)

What a terrific place! I am blown away by the abundance of birds in this area Anon. Yes, I was able to identify the birds on the label. What do I get for getting 100%

You get to be called a 'Smarty Pants' Ces! Hhehheee ;) Actually, I'm very impressed with your new found knowledge of Australian birds :)

As long as the pants don't have ants. Why should I not know the Australian birds? I have only been visiting you everyday for the past... oh my gosh, how long?

Probably close to a year Ces ... there will be a silhouette challenge to test how big those pants are after the pool party ;)

The pants will probably be big not because of knowledge.

You use the term 'seagull'. That seems a bit non-specific for you, such a specialist!

Filled with ants Ces? Hhahhahhaa

HAH! You may also notice "Silver Gull" is in the 'Labels' ElizT, which is the type of seagull included in the images! "Seagull" is for the Google searchers only ... ;)

That'll teach me!

It must have been frustrating trying to find a Silver Gull AND Seagull Elizt :) Hhehehhheee

Not ants, b-b-b-but butt but...

BUTT what Ces? HAHHHAAA. I must go out into the sunshine now; it's a Sunny Sydney today! Jack has already had several sun and water baths (warm water added for comfort), so need to collect wildflowers for his routine placing of petals between his feathers after said ritual :) TATA! *flutter*

Ohhhh, give Jack a smoochy kissy for me!

*plop plop* birds.

No worries Debra Kay :)

HAHHAAA, okay there are more than just Ibis in the Mass TsDuff :)

Tsup*!* Tsup*!* Bimbimbie! There must have been worms wiggling from the ground because they needn't find puddles to get wet Bimbimbie!

These birds were plopping more than you Mr Pigeon, unless you're taking a bath ... ;)

At first, saw just the Ibis. Such magnifiscent birds! They take all the place in a pic... :) See the magpie but not sure for noisy... Is it seen from back?

Tsup*!* Did you watch the Parrot Doco last night ... just wondering if you had a problem with the sound ... we had none for the first 5-10 mins
I was spitting feathers :(

The Ibis do have a way of hogging the eye MerlinPrincesse! A Noisy Miner can be seen front right in third photograph ;)

Tsup*!* Bimbimbie! Yes I watched the Parrot Doco last night! OH NO! We didn't have a sound problem, but were trying out a new television which did seem to go in and out of sound a little in the beginning :( Weren't the Budgerigars AMAZING! I'm still going around saying "Hello" like a Palm Cockatoo :) They also forgot to include Jack in their documentary!!

Those top photographs look like they were taken at a Stately Home! Lovely :-D

The bottom ones look like a more exotic location and I have to look twice at the last one as I thought they were skulls in a jungle.

I confess to watching an Indiana Jones film over the weekend... perhaps I need to wear my glasses more...

I LOVE Indiana Jones, Miladysa, and the movies he's in ;)
