Not So Mini Days

In the daytime when Anon isn't beside me, I stay in Jack's 'indoor' cage to see, hear and feel the world! See how good I am at perching now, I can even jump from one perch to the other.

I am not far from Jack's Castle and he is a very good watch bird even though he doesn't like me. My Cousin Linda Blair also keeps an eye on me. See how closely she is looking at me in the photo!

When Anon is outside, I'm also outside! Do you like my garden and paddle pool?

It looks like a big world down there, I might look upwards tomorrow.

I'm a lot bigger now ... Mini Minor

Mini Minor also doesn't eat EVERY hour any more :) However forgot to mention the cage above and things in it are cleaned twice a day ... *yawn*

I have to clean my own cage but only once a week.

Linda Blair looks like a very nosey neighbour, and Mini Minor is looking at everything!

Jack wouldn't like Mini's mess in his cage! Mini can clean herself now, Modroom! At first I had to bath her in a warm bowl of water (because of the messy porridge). It was very important to keep her warm for the first few days with lamps etc, so her first bath was when she was stronger. Yesterday, she had her first go in the outdoor paddle pool! Yes, Linda Blair is very nosey but also Mini's Cousin :)

I have to say it again ... when I die, I hope I can come back as one of Anon's birds, Mini! What fun -- paddle pool, worms, a castle, visitors! :)

Hehheeee, Mini also has school kids visiting in the afternoons to find out what new things she learnt each day, Melissa! They know one day soon Mini will have been adopted but also know it's important she has a Myna Family.

Simon, I think she is ready to go into the big outside world already but will wait until the weekend and be sure the storms and rain are over :)

What an incredible job you've done strengthening her. Don't spoil her too much though, she'll never want to leave.
She is very photogenic. :)

Good idea. I am sure she will be adopted.

Hahaha, Mini has been having lessons about 'the real world' which you'll see posted soon Red Mojo. She is a great model!

Simon, I'm sure she'll be adopted too! Just checked the weather and rain for at least another week! The temperature will be warmer on the weekend so MUST bid her farewell then ...
