Dark Stranger

King Jack The Raven won't be winning any points by not revealing himself at this early hour. However, I can see he is wearing a wonderful hackle of long feathers on his throat! ... Jack

Morning with style!

Mr. Raven is so stylish and mysterious in black. I once read a blog where the author was identifying the differences between the raven and the crow. It was very interesting. I think I told you that already. I am having memory problems. It's Friday and all my brain cells are used up!

Doesn't he look suave Ces! I think that was me giving you a link under this *POST* about the differences between a Raven and a Crow:)

Are you sure that's not a crow?

HAHA NO Modroom! But his longer feathers (hackles) on his throat makes him a convincing Raven :)

I love them! They dont stop here, but they do hang out at a nearby mall. The best part of going there is hearing the ravens in the (sparse!) trees. Theres been fewer of them since the KFC burned down tho...hahhaha
Great shots!

You should try throwing a few dead chickens around your backyard Lavender! Hhahhaaaa.

He is looking for Edgar Alan Poe. Yes, it was you who pointed me to that site. Thanks!

You are very good at receiving Raven messages from the dead Ces! That was a good *link* ;)

The raven is bigger. We don't have this bird here. :( Only small crows! Since the crow is my totem bird, I think I will vote for it's bigger cousin... :) But don't tell anybody. };o}

All your birds are wonderful, Anon! I would have a real hard time chosing a second one! Except that the Rosella has such a nice name that I would probably pick up that one! :))))))

Now, This is my kind of Bird!!!

MerlinPrincesse, you can vote for as many birds as you like and even change your mind within the next seven days :)

He is indeed ElizaDeath!

Your ravens are so different than ours (in western USA) lovely - you know I'm so partial to ravens, crows, magpies, and jays.

The Raven near your carport does look very different TsDuff! No guesses to who you will vote for as your favourite birds :) We don't have crows or jays here!

tsduff said...

Definitely your loss, as jays, crows, and more rarely, ravens, add so much to our world. For a glimpse into my beloved jays, look here

WOW TsDuff, loved your "bikers of the bird world"! You have a relationship with them like I do the Lorikeets, but don't have to feed babies every 13 minutes! Hhehheeeee *copying this comment to your place*

Oooh la la! Eamon, come home!

I know who you voted for Perriette ... hehheheeee. Why is he here and NOT there?
