Magpie Goose

A little camera shy. I'm not surprised with a face like that.

Interesting looking creature. I couldn't really get a sense of it though. Do you have more of this one?

great photos!!

Anon- there is a telescope called a Digi Spotter. It has a 3.2 megapixel camera and video camera built into it.

They say they are "perfect" for bird watching and photos! I am going to go and have a look...

This one looks different, as if it's head belongs to another animal.

Tsup*!* message from my maggies ... kindly stop picking on cousin Magnus. He received a severe blow to the head as a chick and ever since has been very self-conscious about his appearance Tsup*!*

Ah Bless!

He needs to be careful... someone might think he is a hat...

I think he has every right to be camera shy - people prying into his bedrooma nd all :-)

Thankyou for your comments KJ, AWildlifeGardener, MerlinPrincesse, ElizT and ugly faced bird lovers Bimbimbie and Mountaingirl! HAHA

A very creative flock, the Magpie Goose was likened by Ces as having a head from another animal, a hat by Miladysa and a Christmas Pudding by BoiledEggInADeckchair!

No, there are only more photographs of the Magpie Goose hiding its face, Red Mojo :)

Maybe Simon can photograph from the other side with his Digi Spotter!

CES ... don't eat the goose!
