Oh dear, another bad start. This time for the Midday Variety ...
Well, I still like the shots Anon, thats just how theyd be most often seen wild - teasing the viewer from a very high perch! :)
Heehee, so right you are Lavender! That tree is about four houses away from the backyard, so I'm lucky to see that far with a camera lens :)
Hello Mr. and Mrs. Cookie -- keeping cool, I see!
We had a slew of blackbirds come through our yard the other day, eating berries off some of our trees. I took a couple of photos, but they just look like a bunch of black dots. sigh. I might post it anyway at some point. :)
Heehee, I still get photographs of 'dots' Melissa :) Your slew of blackbirds must have been noisy!! Along with your writing, I'm sure your readers will see and hear the blackbirds :))
I don't know how you get time for anything else; marvellous photos, especially of the little family.
All it takes is looking out the window instead of looking at the dishes when washing up ElizT :) The little family lives here, so just need to carry camera at all times ;)
The best way to see a bird close up is when it hits the windscreen. They look surprised usually.
You must have looked surprised when you hit the windscreen Mr Totties!
I've passed the stage of being surprised when I hit the windscreen, it's the sign od a good driver. I've got to go now, my bus is leaving without me again.
I'm surprised about that Mr Totties, I thought your face was the bus! Watch out for the birds when you catch your bus, they might create a blind spot to add to your bald spot ;)
Oooh, so that was Mr and Mrs Cookie I drew on my forest! I love these images. BTW, I hope to see KJ today so we will definitely visit Jack together and probably talk about how much we enjoy visiting you.
kj agrees with the above comment by ces, who by the way is standing before me this very minute looking very cute. (not as cute as cookie though).
Most probably Ces! I'll have to go back and inspect your Cookies ;)
How do I know this is really KJ and NOT Ces? OH, the Cookie statement gave you away ;) Hhehheheeee.
