Oooooh, you have bugs under your hat Captain Gorilla OOOH!
Oh the Wattlebirds are so cute!
You have so many different types of birds... lucky you!
What a cute little yellow belly. Great Wattleshots Anonamommy.
These are only in the backyard Sharon ... can't wait to fly a bit further away! To me they are all too common ... just have to look out the window :)
You are going all mushy now you're a Mum Red Mojo! I love the yellow bellies too ... these photographs look cool in greens and yellows but it was close to 40 degrees Celsius!
I love curious babys... examining the world on their own. They are so innocent and foolish - a joy to watch :)
Aw look at her little Red Wattles, Baby's all grown up!
She is trying to ignore the lens, isnt she tehehe
I've hit a few with my bus. I've got photos if you want to see.
I watched this baby for at least an hour ... flitting about :) She was also funny when landing and almost fell from branches still being a little wobbly with her balance, TsDuff :)
Yes, she's a model now Lavender :) She was trying to ignore me after I wouldn't share a poppy seed muffin HAHA.
NO thankyou Mr Totties! How did you get your bus into Australia anyway? OHHHHH that's right, I saw you tossing in the ocean ...
No that's what you do that is.
HAHA very funny! You mean you tossed your bus into the ocean WITHOUT a driver!?!
Thank you. I don't know what anyone means or or where I am so I don't care. That sounds like a good idea though, I'll try it.
*pffffft!*
Lovely and they look so much different from their baby chick forms. This has been an interesting wattlebird lecture seriies between you and Lavender. I have sonmething for you at my place.
Hhehheee, Lavender and I have covered the birth of two common types of Wattlebirds in Sydney but there are five more! Thanks Ces :)
