It looks better where the grass is greener :)

Yes the grass is patchy. For some reason this bird makes me think about Vaudiville theatre.

Perhaps you have been entertained by Actors performing in yellow masks at the Vaudiville Theatre, Modroom?

Perhaps I have I'm not sure, and they might have been playing banjos. This bird would look good playing a banjo.

Hmmm, the bird might be playing you Modroom!

That 'poor' little bird with two 'feet' is pacing up and down a great field of grass (most probably plotting) MerlinPrincesse!

This bird looks familiar.

Feeling a little yellow below the gills Perriette? That was the mirror.

You keep showing the same birds over and over....I want to see an ostrich. Show us a self-portriat!!!!

I am feeling a little green around the gills now that you mention it. Thanks for asking.

THERE ARE NO OSTRICHES IN AUSTRALIA! Oh. That bird wasn't your reflection after all Perriette. Does Alien have anything to do with your 'greeness'?

This is a good ostrich.

BoiledEggIn aDeckchair said...

It could put it's head up a pipe and blow it out the window like an ostrich does.

Anonymous said...

It possibly could BoiledEggInADeckchair, IF IT WAS AN OSTRICH!

You had all better watch out ... this Masked Lapwing has projectile horny spurs!!!

BoiledEggIn aDeckchair said...

It's an emu bird! Okay, just kidding :-)

And why can't Australia have imported ostriches?

Ces, Australia does have ostriches at the zoo. I don't have emus in my backyard!
