There is a lot of cleaning up to do after wild weather wreaked havoc as high winds forced us to stay inside, ripped roofs off homes, brought down trees and rain flooded roads.
The Rainbow Lorikeets are fine!
Maggie is fine!
The Noisy Miners are fine!
Even the Big Fat Pigeon (Rock Dove) is fine!
There was one injury last night, but ...
... she was reunited with her family again this morning!
Five days of remaining in the house, this morning Jack went back into his outside daytime Castle and FINALLY had a bath!

Everything is fine except the health of my computer, and SOMEONE CHANGED THE SETTINGS ON MY CAMERA to take tiny images ... blah.
I wonder who dit that.... :) Maybe it's Jack... I'm glad to see everyone's ok. Poor little lorikeet. Will she survive?
It WAS Jack MerlinPrincesse! He has been playing with camera when I've been trying to record his voice! Of course he won't say anything :) Hope the little lorikeet will survive - we've had a dozen here today and spoke too soon ... the storms are coming back! The sky is filled with storm clouds again BLAH!

How did the injured one make out?
Not sure, after reuniting with her family, they have all moved in! Including almost a dozen others. They don't want to leave since the storms and there are BRAND NEW ones who are making their first flight (or hop) to our house! They all expect me to make porridge TEN TIMES a day!

Your comments are second, fourth and tenth MerlinPrincesse!?! YUK, you want pics of porridge? OK ... but you will have to wait until Jack posts about his 'weird food'. I fed one of the lorikeets a grape this morning and it held my finger. It's toes were toasty warm but it was freezing outside!

It's cool to have so many birds inside.... Do they use the litter? };-}
You forgot! They are OUTSIDE MerlinPrincesse ... except the ones that visit the laundry, but they don't like the noise of the dryer :) It's also cool outside and warm inside!
