All these drinking shots are inspiring me to put a bunch of bird baths out with my feeders this spring! Do you use heaters for your "pools" in the cold season?

I love the bird drinks dish. Nice that it's low to the ground. Did you get that locally? Didn't know you also have magpies in Oz :) nice photos as always anon!

Lovely Melissa! During the cold season the birds dance in the sun to dry off and warm up here. The Magpies sunbake on the grass, or even table and chairs :)

Hhehhee, the short dishes were for the smaller birds because the Magpies and Parrots occupied the large one most of the time. Simply, an upside down terracotta pot with a saucer from a much larger pot on top! Easy - A Kite Rises and thanks :}
