It's doing the opposite in the first photo.
So, we have seen a lot of nice birds and I have shown you a nice butt but where is YOUR duck's butt? }:o}
Ooops, I threw them away MerlinPrincesse. There are a few more birds but will return this weekend for better 'end' shots for you :)

Did you fall in when taking your duck photo? Hhehheheeeee. I can swim MerlinPrincesse ... just like you :) These are very WILD birds, so won't be getting an 'above close-up shot' like you did ...

The coot's a bit of a universal bird species, but with loads of character! I especially like the one with the wake - that'd make a great painting! Coots have great feet, with toes kind of fringed with webbing - quite bizarre :).
Now have 'capture Eurasian Coot's feet' (with camera) on my ever expanding list Ian T :)
