Jack takes his job very seriously Modroom. He sounds a different alarm for different visitors to the AnonyHouse. I especially get lots of exercise leaping to his call when Ravens, Currawongs and Butcher Birds visit!
He is the most hyperactive, noisy and messy caged bird one could have MerlinPrincesse. His personality and intelligence makes up for it. Jack is free twice a day. Like most people he flies around in the afternoon and has free time after dinner :)
He does MerlinPrincesse, I'm all the time correcting his spelling mistakes! In fact, he has just chosen a bigger and better cage from eBay. Wish us luck :)
We have to make the furniture for the castle before pics MerlinPrincesse :) No, Jack is a companion bird. He is very well trained and sleeps inside at night. If we thought he was a 'wild' bird he would have been released by now in Western-North Australia! He is very far away from his natural habitat and climate which is on the other side of Australia. Jack has been bred by a breeder and hand reared as a baby.

The movie is NOT sped up!
I admire Jack's morning routine, he must be ready for anything after that!

WE WON!
Good morning, good morning! Are those his morning stretches? I'm glad you have a little companion now, they make such good friends.
Now he has a new HUGE castle, finding Jack a feathered companion is the next step Perriette :)
Pics of the castle soon? :) And I repeat my question... Will he EVENTUALLY be free all the time?

OOO! Thansk for the answers! I'm glad he's got a new human... :)
He has four new humans and an Aunty who regularly brings him bunches of flowers MerlinPrincesse :)
You are so lucky.... :) I love parrots and can't have one (whispering) *because of you know who*... And the poor bird would live longer than moi... :(
Parrots do live for a long time MerlinPrincesse. Jack might live more than twenty more years :) Jack will be an old bird when I'm one too! Hhehheeee.
All he needs is a computer in there & his life will be complete!
He often uses my computer out here Tony! Hheheee. REALLY!
And he makes more sense!
In fact, that's Jack that writes all Anon's texts. :)
Thankyou. I will leave the remainder of my blog over to everyone else from now on. Good luck with Jack!
Who said that?
Jack said that.
